Adding a Physical Classroom as an Alternate Host on the Zoom portal allows the In-Room Crestron or Neat tablet to display the upcoming event when you enter the room so you can easily Start from and manage meetings directly on the tablet.
- Navigate to nyu.zoom.us
- If you are scheduling a new meeting click the Schedule a Meeting button, otherwise, if you are adding the physical room to an already scheduled meeting, Click Meetings --> Upcoming --> Hover over the desired meeting and click the Edit button
- Scroll down to Options and click the Show link:
- In the Alternative Hosts field type in ONLY the number of the room that you would like to add. Then select the correct item from the drop down, ie:

- Make any other changes you would like to the meeting setup and click the Save button at the bottom.
