Disable/Enable Time and Room Name Banner

From the main Crestron Control Panel



Click the little Gear/Settings icon in the top right corner.


On the Settings dialogue window, toggle the Display Top Banner toggle button. Blue is on. Grey is off.



Disable/Enable Chat Pop Up via Crestron


From the main Crestron Control Panel


click the CHAT icon (on the right). 


Note if there is no Chat button, the option may now be under the MORE button.

After clicking the Chat button, the chat window will pop up on the Crestron Control panel.



Click the Gear icon in the top right of the chat window.



Then deselect the Show Notification on TV and/or Show full chat panel on TV as desired.


Disabling the Current Speaker's Camera  Headshot Overlay Box 

By default, when someone is speaking on a Zoom call using the in room Crestron Control Panels, a box with the camera view of the current speaker will overlay  the top right of the screen. 

To disable this, from the main Crestron Control Panel. 

Click the little drop down arrow under the View icon and select the word Options. (NOTE: This drop down icon will ONLY appear if the presenter has already shared their screen/content, otherwise the drop down will not appear:


Select the desired view option button. Most presentations use Speaker view unless they want to see some of the participants across the top (Thumbnail) or distributed across the screen (Gallery). 


Click Layout Options, select the "Off" option:


Close the Layout Options. 



Back on the View panel click the Hide/Show Self View menu item to toggle On/Off the speaker camera screen overlay. 

You can also Hide/Show Non-video participants.
