Web portal:

1. Navigate to https://nyu.zoom.us/

2. Click the Login to Zoom option to login to your NYU Zoom account

3. Once logged in select Meetings tab on the left column and click Schedule a Meeting

5. Edit any other details of the meeting and finally click Save and you will be redirected to a confirmation page with the meeting details for your review and to share.

Zoom App:

1. Sign in to Zoom app

3. Check off below selections circled in red along with any other settings you wish to enable/disable accordingly.


4. Click Schedule and you should be redirected to your NYU Google Calendar in your browser window.

5. Allow the Zoom app to write to your NYU Google Calendar if not already allowed.


6. You should now be redirected to the Zoom meeting's event info in your NYU Google Calendar

8. Select whichever option applies to your meeting. 

***If the pre-defined options do not meet your needs you can set your own defined option by selecting "Custom..." and set the appropriate times.


Custom:


9. Edit other event details if you wish to do so such as inviting people, etc.

10. Lastly, save the event and the meeting URL will be reused.
