Zoom Room - How To Use:

  1. Create a Zoom meeting from your own device.

  2. Press Join button on the Zoom Room touch control panel to join the Zoom meeting created.
FYI: The Zoom Room panel acts as an individual participant with the name “MEYR_102”
You can select which camera view(s) (corner & window) you want to use by pressing the "Switch Camera" button. There are also options to use more than one camera - Multi-Camera Mode within Switch Camera option.

  3. Plug in the HDMI cable from the Wallplate outlet into your device and wait until your computer is detected, then click Share to Meeting when it pops up on screen. If it does not automatically pop up, press the HDMI button on screen.
This will share your screen to the Zoom meeting session.

  4. Enable your device to use the projector screen(s) as a secondary display or mirrored if preferred.

  5. Mute your own device as it may cause interference with room speakers/microphone

  6. Set camera views and other miscellaneous settings from the Zoom Room touch control panel.
