Create a poster using a PowerPoint slide


    1. Set the dimensions of the slide: 

        a. Click the "DESIGN" tab in Power Point 2007 (or higher) 

        b. Click the "Slide Size" drop down icon and select "Custom Slide Size:


    2. Set the desired Width and Height: 

        * Reminder* only one of the two dimensions can be greater than 42” since the paper roll’s maximum width is 42”
        * Reminder* the printer is not a borderless printer, leave at least a 1” margin on all sides:






    3. Save the PowerPoint


    4. Save/Export PowerPoint as PDF. 


Print a Posters using HP DesignJet Click 


    1. Open the HP DesignJet Click software: 


    2. Drag the PDF , JPEG , HP-GL/2 , or TIFF  onto the HP DesignJet Click software where it says Add Files:


    3. Click the drop down link to the bottom left of the preview: 





    4. Make customizations as needed. If you are resizing the dimensions in the “Custom” fields, be sure to click the blue arrow to apply the changes.
        *Reminder* If your poster does not have a margin, reduce the value of the desired dimension to 41” rather than 42”


    5. Open the printer’s paper catch before clicking print: 


    6. Click "Print"
